The creator agreement

Terms of Service

First draft · September 30, 2026

Preview draft — not yet in effect. Registration, campaigns and payouts are not available in this preview. The operator, age requirement and payout arrangements below are proposed terms subject to confirmation before launch. Browsing this page does not create a paid campaign agreement.

1. Who provides GameGigs

GameGigs is a creator reward service proposed to be operated by SCALABLE PERFORMANCE GROUP GmbH (“GameGigs”, “we”, “us”).

SCALABLE PERFORMANCE GROUP GmbH
Martinistr. 66
49078 Osnabrück
Germany

Our company details and contact information are available in the Imprint. Under these draft terms, we are your contracting party for GameGigs campaigns and the party responsible for paying approved GameGigs rewards. A game publisher, social platform or payment provider does not replace us as your contracting party.

Individual games and social platforms are operated independently. Their own terms apply when you use them.

2. Who can participate

The proposed launch service is for people aged 18 or over who can legally enter into the agreement and receive rewards in a supported country. Country availability will be shown before you join. No follower minimum or face-cam is required.

Provide accurate information, use only social accounts you are authorised to use, and keep your account secure. One creator account per person is permitted unless we agree otherwise. We may request proportionate identity, age or payment-ownership checks when necessary to prevent fraud or comply with applicable law.

3. How campaigns work

Before you accept a campaign, its brief must state the game, required actions, eligible platforms and territories, deadlines, reward rates, view tiers, referral conditions, measurement method and any additional usage rights. Participation is voluntary. Do not begin a campaign until you have reviewed and accepted its brief.

The brief may supplement these terms. It cannot retrospectively reduce agreed rewards for work already accepted or completed. Material changes require your agreement before they apply to your participation. We do not promise a particular number of available campaigns, views, referrals or earnings.

4. What makes a video qualify

The 30-day publication requirement is a qualification period, not a guaranteed payout date. We may verify eligibility during and after this period. If a platform removes a video or a legal or safety issue requires removal, notify us promptly. We will review the circumstances and any replacement opportunity; we do not require you to keep unlawful content online.

5. How rewards are calculated

Video rewards: the campaign specifies the amount for each qualifying video. Indicative rates are $1–$2 per 15-second video. A longer video does not automatically multiply the reward unless the brief expressly says so.

View rewards: eligible, verified views may unlock additional tiered bonuses up to $25, with milestones up to one million views. The brief must specify the actual thresholds, measurement window and whether the cap applies per video or per campaign. There is no automatic flat payment per view.

Player rewards: referring a new qualifying player may earn $1–$20, depending on the game and the actions completed. An install alone may not qualify. The brief must identify required in-game actions, attribution rules and the time allowed for completion.

Only valid results within the campaign’s stated rules count. Pending amounts are estimates until verified. Calculator examples are illustrations, not typical or guaranteed earnings; monthly examples use four weeks. All stated reward amounts are in US dollars unless the brief says otherwise.

6. Payouts and the $25 minimum

Proposed payout rule: each payout request requires at least $25 in approved, withdrawable rewards. This is a minimum balance, not a $25 fee. Approved amounts below the minimum remain in your balance and carry forward; they do not disappear merely because the minimum has not been reached.

Verification checks help protect creators, publishers and GameGigs against fraud. Meeting the minimum does not bypass the 30-day video requirement, campaign validation or necessary payment checks.

Available payout methods, supported countries, processing time, any payment-provider fees and currency-conversion details must be displayed before you request a payout. These operational details are not yet finalised. We will not describe a reward as available for withdrawal until its eligibility requirements have been met.

We remain responsible for approved rewards under your agreement with us. You are responsible for reporting income and any taxes you owe. We may make deductions only where required by law or expressly agreed and disclosed in advance.

7. Fair play and fraud protection

Do not use bots, click farms, purchased or manipulated views, fake installs, fabricated gameplay, stolen identities, duplicate accounts, self-referrals or coordinated schemes to manufacture results. Do not evade country restrictions or interfere with attribution and verification systems.

If there are reasonable indications of fraud, we may temporarily hold the affected rewards and request relevant evidence. Checks must be proportionate. Where lawful, we will explain the issue, give you an opportunity to respond and review your evidence. A suspicion alone does not permanently forfeit unrelated, valid rewards.

Confirmed invalid results may be rejected or corrected. We may seek recovery of amounts paid for demonstrably fraudulent or otherwise ineligible submissions, subject to applicable law and an explanation of the calculation. You may challenge a decision through the contact route below.

8. Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your original content. Game artwork, music and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You must have the permissions needed for your use.

By submitting a campaign video, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to access, review and retain the submission and necessary evidence for campaign administration, reward verification and dispute handling. We may share it with the relevant publisher and service providers only as necessary for those purposes.

These draft terms do not automatically grant rights to run paid ads, use your identity in advertising, whitelist your account or commercially edit or repost your videos. Any such permission requires a separate agreement or a clearly accepted campaign brief specifying the scope, duration, channels and compensation.

9. Account restrictions and ending participation

You may stop accepting new campaigns at any time and request account closure. We may restrict participation or end an account for a material breach, a legal requirement or a security risk. Where appropriate, we will give notice, reasons and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Ending an account does not automatically cancel rewards already validly earned. We will reconcile approved balances, including a below-threshold balance on closure, subject to necessary verification and applicable law. You remain responsible for obligations already agreed for accepted campaigns, including the qualifying publication period, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different outcome.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to GameGigs, a particular game or a social platform. Contact us if a technical issue prevents you from meeting a deadline so we can review the affected campaign.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, fraud, an express guarantee or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical of the agreement, to the extent permitted by law. An essential obligation is one necessary to perform the agreement and on which you can normally rely. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

11. Questions, reward reviews and disputes

For a reward review, contact support@scalable-performance-group.de with your campaign reference, post links and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We will examine the relevant evidence and explain our decision.

German law is proposed to govern this agreement. If you participate as a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence. Statutory rights to bring a claim before a competent court remain unchanged.

12. Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains the current website’s data processing. Information about future creator accounts, campaign verification and payouts must be provided before those services launch.

We may revise these draft terms before launch. Once agreements are active, material changes will be notified in advance and will require consent where applicable. Merely publishing a new version will not retrospectively change agreed campaign rewards. The applicable version will be made available when you accept a campaign.
